I appreciate all Megan's contributions to USGW. However, I"m not sure that this motion is within the bounds of our authority. The SC list is a working list for the SC's & ASC's, and I feel that this is a decision that should be left up to them. I did not see anyone ask the SC's for input on this, albeit I've had some mail problems and possibly missed it. Until, and unless, the SC's decide that this is something they wish to do to honor Megan I regretfully have to vote NO.
