I agree with Megan. We brought the new folks onto the list to observe and ask questions so that they could hit the floor running on Sept 1st. Unfortunatley last year it seemed that no one ask questions and ther was very little discussion during the transition period. Hence we spent the first couple of months on proccedural stuff. Lets get to know the new folks and orient them so that the board can have a productive year. I would also like to say what a great job the election committee did and is doing conducting this election.
