Dear Board Members: Yes, need to have a run off election for NC. But, will not needed a runoff for the SW region. I will agree to A= two year term and B = one year term My thinking was a little twisted. It was about 35 people who only voted once, as there were 201 votes and not 272. We know that there were 136 people voting but we know that the number of people who only voted once and the other who voted twice, but we do not know who voted of whom. It will be best just not to go there. This method might be easy for running an election, but most places do not run this type of election with four or more people running for two seats. We can all have opinions of what is fair and what is not. I guess it will on depend on if your person won or not. <g> If the people do not like the person that came in 2nd place, well, maybe they should have uses there other vote? Enjoy, David C. Young
