I am satisfied that everything in the Regular election of 1999 and the subsequent runoff has been done properly and the results are correct as reported. I thank the election committee for their outstanding job. I believe that unless there are objections that as one of this boards last actions we should entertain a motion to thank the committee and accept the results.
