But I want to make sure that I understand where Ginger & Megan stand on the four way race. Are they calling for a run off of all four people in the SW region? Before the election we did talk about this, but at the time it was three people running for two seats. As I remember it the top vote getter would get the two year office. But because this race is four people running for two seats and the 2nd place finisher has only 50% of the vote, I feel that it requires a run-off election. If the person had 50% plus one vote, this would be a different story. Enjoy, David C. Young
