My impression of the email feedback was pretty much 50-50 between "yes, it's time for a change" versus "a logo is for keeps, and allowing variations dilutes the image." Given the split, I don't think we have a mandate. I would support an alternative motion to present the proposed logos to the Project membership on a special ballot. // Teri Pettit
