Tim, I would like to hear your thinking on this. The secretary must work closely with you and certainly should be someone that you feel comfortable working with. It is up to you to keep track of business through motion numbering and etc either thru your own efforts or thru a secretary. If you feel we need a secretary I will make a motion to that effect suggesting you nominate someone not presently on the Board. The Board can then take a vote on it.
