Unless one of you can think of some reason why the USGenWeb Census Project should be treated in a manner differently than the Archives Project, Tombstone Project or the Regions, I suggest that the appointment of Census Rep be carried out exactly as we have done in each of these other areas. Since the passage of the Bylaws the Advisory Board has seated a replacement Rep. of each group's choosing, irrespective of any personal likes or dislikes, and has felt honor-bound to do so as a continuing confirmation of the bottom-up management desired by the USGenWeb Project's membership. The clear choice of the Census Project is Ron Eason, therefore I move to appoint Ron Eason as Census Project Representative.
