Tim, At this point the why of your actions is irrelevant. The fact is that you had no authority to act as you did without a full vote of the board. The Bylaws clearly state that the Board is charged with the decision of delinking. No one person has, or should have, the authority to make that kind of decision. Your actions impact every state and special project in USGW. Tomorrow you could decide to delink a couple of states because you perceive them to be in violation of something.
