Until the motion is restated to only include those grievances by Ms. Hammett my vote will have to be in the negative. The motion as stated could be interpreted to include all grievances submitted to this Board prior to this vote. I'm aware that Joe said only those 5 grievances are in question. That statement is not, however, a part of the motion and thus leaves the door open to dismissing all grievances submitted before the vote. Actual vote to follow in seperate mail.
