This is a good question since the Tombstone Project has never been a part of the Archives Project. While the two have always worked closely, they were separate Projects. I have never really viewed the Archives as a Project, per se anyway. To me, it is a Digital Library for storage purposes. I would like to understand this before I post the proposed amendment.
