One error I've discovered this evening - was that the motion made by Richard, seconded by Ginger that was in the discussion, or lack thereof state has been errorously labeled as 00-33. Since 00-34 has come and gone - it will now be numbered 00-35. Since Board members seemed to want to discuss/investigate the service mark further before voting, I've let 00-33 dangle out there as well as the vote or lack thereof on the amendment to 00-30. So Board members, will you at least vote abstain on the motions on the floor? Those motions are: 00-30 - amendment 00-33 - Service Mark II 00-35 - I'll hold until 00-30's amendment and/or subsequent action on it and 00-33 are disposed of before asking for a vote on it (00-35).
