That the CP and other Special Project elect their Board Rep there is no question. However as far as the Coordinator of the Special Projects is concerned the Bylaws state that they are appointed by the Advisory Board in Article 13 - Section 1. Section 6 - though does cause difficulty seemingly contradicting Section 1. It seems as if in the writing of the Sections regarding the Special Projects that two positions were being discussed without a clear division regarding which was being talked about where. Tim
