    3. Nancy..... Please withdraw this motion and Joy please withdraw your second. The motion needs to be made as a general consent motion. You can state the motion as follows for a general consent motion: I move to appoint Suzanne Yelton as Recording Secretary for the 20152016 USGenWeb Advisory Board term by general consent. WIthout the general consent there must be a vote. But first the motion and the second must be withdrawn. Thanks.
