The Board-Exec list is a private confidential list.  All postings to the Board-Exec list are to remain confidential.  It will be also where we will handle personnel issues. Last year, information that I discussed ONLY on this list was leaked to someone outside of the Board.  I have my suspicions as to who did that. Anyone who discusses confidential Board-Exec matters outside of the Board-Exec list will be removed from that list and will no longer have access to the confidential discussions.  That is not something I want us to have to deal with, so please tread carefully.
