Pursuant to the Standing Rules, Article VIII - Designation of Acting Presiding Officer as follows: "VIII - DESIGNATION OF ACTING PRESIDING OFFICER. (Adopted March 8, 2007) In the temporary absence of the Presiding Officer/National Coordinator (NC) for a period of less than ninety days the Representative at Large (RAL) will act as the Presiding Officer. In the temporary absence of both the NC and the RAL, either the NC or the RAL will designate another member of the Advisory Board to be the Acting Presiding Officer." I am hereby designating Patrice Green to act in my stead as the Presiding Officer for possibly the next several weeks. I am addressing a health issue and may not be available to deal with the day to day operations of the project for hopefully what will ultimately be a short period of time.
