We have two registrations that need to be updated no later than 3/29/2016. We are now working on determining the exact cost for updating and the paperwork that needs to be submitted. My initial understanding is that the cost will be a minimum of $200 set out below, which information was provided to me by Pat Asher. We will need to make a request for donations for these filings. Pat provided the below: Go to http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=login&p_lang=english&p_d=trmk Enter "USGENWEB" without the quotes. There are two LIVE registrations for us. Click on one of them. The next page shows the registration info. Click on the TSDR button at the upper left. On the next page, click on the Documents tab. Scroll down to Drawing to see/print a copy. The 5 year anniversary for the earliest registration is 3/29/2016. The second is just 2 days later, so this must be done before 3/29/2016. We need to move on this now. Section 8 - $100 (required) Section 15 - $200 (optional) So the minimum would be $200 (for both) or $600 if we file a section 15 declaration of incontestability. We should also file a Section 7 to change the address. Otherwise the paperwork will go to Sherri Bradley, the NC at the time of the prior filing. We need to determine if there is a charge for that as well. Pat also advises that in 2020, we will 'll have to file a combined Section 8 and Section and those are currently $500 each. Please help me in moving this forward. My understanding is that there is a PayPal button previously set up. Donated funds could be sent through to my PayPal account so I can pay for this update. I have asked Patrice to follow up on this for me, but we need to get moving on this as quickly as possible.
