Laverne pointed out that Tina created a page and not a group. Do we want to change what we have now or add to it? Denise Wells
I get so confused by the Page vs: Group I thought you needed to have a Page in order to create a Group Would love to know how to just create a group. ~ Nancy -----Original Message----- From: board-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:board-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Denise Wells via Sent: Monday, August 10, 2015 4:38 PM To: Board <board@rootsweb.com> Subject: [BOARD] Facebook Laverne pointed out that Tina created a page and not a group. We probably should also get a group. Just to make sure we have the name covered. I prefer groups, not fan pages, but depending on what we want to do with it, will determine which one we end up using. For posting notices, general information about our organization etc., a fan page is sufficient. If we want to engage people into conversations about genealogy, then a group is better. Yes, please, Pauli. Let's go ahead and create a group. Denise Wells > On Aug 10, 2015, at 7:17 PM, Pauli Smith <historylover@q.com> wrote: > > We probably should also get a group.
