    2. For the record, I was not trying to keep the charges secret and had no intention of breaking the bylaws. I am very aware that they had to be posted publically on BOARD. Diane was provided a copy of the charges this morning as a courtesy before I sent them to BOARD. This another case of "damned if I do and damned if I don't". If the charges had been posted publically before sending Diane the charges individually, everyone would have been complaining that they were made public and they had not been sent to Diane and she found about it from someone outside of the AB.
