The original document (with correction reference World Genweb) can be found at http://usgenweb.org/temp-guidelines/Guidelines-FINAL.htm The document with references to any Special Project removed can be found at http://usgenweb.org/temp-guidelines/Guidelines-5-23-10.htm You all tell me what you want to do - accept the original (with the correction for the State Projects requiring a link to the WorldGenWeb Project); make updates to the document to clarify the Special Projects issues; remove all references to special project projects (as David suggested); or make any additional changes/updates to the document.
