    3. David, I can find nothing in Sturgis that permits placing reservations or conditions on the withdrawal of a motion. Also, as far as I can determine, the sending of private email to other Board members does not constitute a motion to the Board. Any formal motion needs to be sent to the proper Board email list. Assuming something is happening is never a good policy. I believe that Sherri has mentioned the problems with her new computer sufficiently in the past few days that all AB members should have been aware of the problems it was causing with her email.
