    3. My apologies to all of you - as I've stated more than once, I've still got issues with my internet access and email. David, I find nothing in Sturgis that refers to allowing a motion to be withdrawn with conditions applied to that withdrawal. Unless you can provide a reference that would allow that conditions to be applied to the withdrawal of a motion, the conditions that you are attempting to apply to the withdrawal of this motion will not be recognized. It is your choice now if you want to withdraw the motion without conditions or if you want to carry it through to a vote.     3. This is what I told Les when he asked me much earlier. "You're correct, it is not in Sturgis but it is in Roberts. Guess I was more accustomed to Roberts." It is withdrawn anyway.
