    3. David, Did you not see Sherri's post about 2 hours ago that she was having e-mail problems? I don't think she is deliberately sitting on anything. We all know how quirky email can be and we also know how erratic Rootsweb can be with sending things through the mailing lists. I meant to send to every one on the board with this message to withdraw Below. Sherri sat on it and is still sitting on it. You owe everybody big Apology, for sitting on it. (Pauli, you too since you already received It and did not try to stop a motion to withdraw a non-existent motion.) Here is the message sent yesterday, showing it was already withdrawn. David Samuelsen -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Withdrawal of Motion for clarification Date: Fri, 04 Jun 2010 13:27:37 -0600 From: W David Samuelsen <[email protected]> To: [email protected], Sherri <[email protected]>, Pauli Smith <[email protected]>, Linda Lewis <[email protected]> I hereby withdraw the motion for clarifying the motion itself. With reservations it be returned to the floor without delay upon Completion of another motion dealing with the uproar over Guidelines. W. 3. Not first time I didn't get any from the Board. This is 2nd time in last 2 weeks. first time the motion 2009/10-27 made to the Board and I never received notice until a subscriber notified me. Found it was already on the board by checking the archived Board message site. First time I see any action on motion to withdraw is this: -------- Original Message -------- Subject: [BOARD] Motion 2009/10-28 Withdrawal of Motion 2009/10-27 Date: Sat, 5 Jun 2010 11:09:55 -0400 From: Sherri <[email protected]> Reply-To: [email protected] To: <[email protected]> Moved by Dale Grimm and seconded by Tina Vickery and dated 5 June 2010, the motion reads: "I move that the motion on the floor (2009/10-27) be withdrawn." If you agree that the motion should be withdrawn, please respond with "yes" or "yea". If you disagree with the withdrawal of the motion, please respond with "no" or "nay".
