    3. I have a proposed change: In case you weren't aware, there has been a lively discussion about the guidelines revisions on the SW list over the weekend, with one major complaint being that in these proposed guidelines, it will become a requirement for SC's and CC's alike to provide their full name, mailing address and telephone number to the NC. Now Sherri, would you really want to maintain a database of 1,500+ USGW members and their personal information? In the same paragraph it says that all coordinators must provide same to the State/Project Coordinator. The way it's written makes it sound like the requirement to provide personal data will apply to both SC's and CC's--sending their personal info to the NC AND the SC. The sentence referring to SC's sending to the NC needs to stand alone. IMHO, the reference to "coordinators must provide same to the State/Project coordinator to which she/he belongs" needs to be removed. If we're going to use this as a requirement (CC contacts to their SC's, etc), it needs to be separated out of the SC guidelines. And I haven't made up my mind yet as to whether the CC part should be a requirement or just a recommendation. Right now I don't see it being covered anywhere in the current CC guidelines, unless I've missed it.
