I can see why there is some confusion as to what lists it is referring to. When I read it, it appears to say that anyone serving on the Grievance Committee, who also moderate a list have to be dismissed as a moderator of said list. You do specify any usgenweb lists, including usgenweb-discuss, but many people can and apparently are, interpreting that to mean any list that is connected in any way to the usgenweb, including the state lists run by SC's. Perhaps the motion needs to be slightly rewritten so it is clearer as to what lists are included and what lists are not. right now, it says all lists, which is way too open to misinterpretation.
