At present we have one Mediator hearing a grievance, and we just received an affirmation for a second person, which moves us closer to hearing the second pending grievance accepted in March. We are in need now of Arbitrators. During this time period, our chair resigned and I was voted into office as the new Chair and have been trying to get up to speed with a number of issues.
