All postings to BOARD-EXEC are required to remain confidential. It is a list that we use for personnel or other similar, confidential issues such as grievance appeals. Bill, if you agree that you will honor the confidentiality of Board-Exec, please signify by responding with "Agree". If you do not feel that you can honor the confidentiality of Board Exec, please signify by responding with "Disagree". Once your response to abide by the confidentiality of the list is received, I'll subscribe you to the list. Your failure to agree to maintain the confidentiality of the BOARD-EXEC list will have no bearing on your subscription to any other Project mail list, nor will it effect your participation in any official AB business.
