It has just come to my attention that when I was uploading the mock-up wording of the Standard Rules that we were working on in Motion 2009/10-23, I uploaded a version of the Standard Rules page that had two edits on it that did not belong there as the motion had not been voted on. The only items that were there that had been added were two that were in red. I've gone in and corrected the mistake by deleting the offending line and reloading the correct version of the page. My apologies for the error and any confusion that it has caused.
