David, I didn't realize there were cardinal rules. I know of the rule that one doesn't comment while they are personally voting on a motion and no member vote can be called into question by another member as they cast their vote, *but* I didn't realize that my commenting on an (although unrecognized result) on my own volition would be out of order. I apologize to you, the membership and to the Advisory Board members for my cardinal error. It was actually an effort to encourage you and others to bring some sort of closure to this issue. I very sincerely hope that can be done.
