It doesn't since there is a separate section describing different type of motion. This one is very specific with no specified time to return to it, allowing us more time to get it right and use simple motion to get it off the table when we are ready. The other tabling motion is more risky because of time constraints it impose on us. In this case the main motion is 2009/10-23 and any subsidiary motions that are attached to this one are tabled same time.
