It was brought to my attention that I did not post the results of the Motion to Appoint Secretary. Also, the Secretary pointed out that I had stated her name incorrectly. Now that much has been done to get Minnesota back on track, and after polling the current county coordinators, and a vote by the current active county coordinators requesting that I direct the process for the state to move forward, the votes were as follows: YES - 21 votes requesting that I establish the procedure NO - 0 votes Not Voting - 12 I have named Shirley Cullum as MNGenWeb's next state coordinator. Shirley is a very successful and effective state coordinator. Shirley will serve for a year as the state coordinator, by the end of which time, the state will have new bylaws, a new website, and hopefully many more county coordinators. I am looking forward to the shining example that MNGenWeb can become under Shirley's assistance and guidance. To those of you who have assisted in this endeavor in any way, thank you. Out of 87 counties, 49 became available for adoption. Plus Shirley has had new adoptions over the last few weeks as well.
