    3. I feel that Motions 00-17 doesn't work for me. Cut of dates are not contrary to the bylaws. As they are not mentioned either way. I find it sad that the EC has to even be put in the position of having to consider finding away to keep even the supposed voter fraud from affecting the elections. I also fee that this Board instructing the Elections Committee that all members of the USGenWeb Project are eligible to vote in accordance with the duly adopted Bylaws of The USGenWeb Project." is unnessary. Only the members declared eligible in the bylaws are eligible. On Motion 00-18 I feel that the Election committee is inpowered by the bylaws to oversee elections. Overseeing the elections means that they see to it that everone eligible get a fair chance to vote and be elected. So there is no need for the AB to become involved unless they are attemping to in some way not do there duty too USGWP. Richard...
