That brochure does not print well in color - and it is expensive. What I do is to print out a master in black ink on white paper. I have access to a high speed office copier that prints both sides. Does not cost me anything to print there. I buy a ream of a bright color paper - pink, orange, chartreuse, or whatever color our office warehouse has available. I take the ream and my master to the office and run off 500 copies. I bring them home and my husband folds them and collates one national brochure, a bookmark, one Archives brochure and one Tombstone brochure as a packet. Then he puts 25 packets in a bundle and sends all 500 to send to the conference site. Printed in black and white, it looks cheesy, but on colored paper it looks professional.
