    1. [BOARD] Thoughts on Justice
    2. Sherri
    3. Forwarded as requested. Sherri Bradley National Coordinator USGenWeb Project Information about the USGenWeb Project at http://usgenweb.org Advisory Board Agenda http://usgenweb.org/agenda2.php -----Original Message----- From: John Quigley Sent: Wednesday, April 21, 2010 4:38 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Thoughts on justice I find it very interesting that when it comes to justice, we all want to be sure that we are given a just and fair hearing, that we will be justly treated and that justice will be done in our case. However, when it comes to helping to insure that others are treated fairly and justly, we are not interested. I have seen it when it came to serving on a Jury, we find all sorts of excuses why we cannot serve on Jury duty. When it comes to serving on a board or committee that is going to be working on ways to improve our community, or our organization we are always too busy, or not talented enough or any number of reasons why we cannot serve. What happens the next time you need someone to help you, or your community or organization, and every one is too busy, not willing to help or plain doesn't care enough to serve? You see, if you want justice, you have to be willing to act to insure that others are treated justly. If you want to be helped, then you need to be a helper yourself. It is said that all the work in an organization is done in the following manner. 80% of the work by 20% of the people, while 20% of the work is done by the other 80% of the people. We have sent out a request to you the membership of this wonderful organization, a group of people who want to be sure that folks who are looking for their roots will have the information needed. We asked for folks to volunteer to be Mediators and / arbitrators, and we advised you that you would receive training so you would know what was required of you before you had to take on a task. Yet, only one person has replied to that request. Unfortunately that person is not qualified and cannot therefore serve. However we have hundreds of persons out there in genealogy land so I wonder, have the 20% that are willing workers decided they are too tired to volunteer, or is it just that are unable to come out for this one more cause. That leaves it to the 80% that do almost nothing to now step up. So what will it be? If we do not have mediators and arbitrators, then no one will be able to receive justice, because there will be no one to hear the grievance that come up. Please send you name and email and position in the USGenWeb to John Quigley, [email protected] along with a brief resume of your abilities. We really will give you some training before we throw you to the wolves. (VBG). 3. This (see below) is only the beginning of the type of harassment members of the AB face everyday. Of course we all know that Mr. Lytton (aka Mary White and numerous other FEMALE aliases) is behind at this one (common knowledge). Mr. Lytton being a total coward not to mention convicted felony (selling drugs to children) claims to fight for the membership of the USGW and the American way, seems his emails and aliases are extremely cowardly. You decide? Selling drugs to children and fighting for members rights, somehow these do not go together? Why always female aliases? This was sent to my private email address and it being one of numerous harassing emails I have received from him. >From this point on any harassing email I receive from Mr. Lytton or one of his FEMALE aliases will be forwarded to all public mailing lists. Jeff Kemp ----- Original Message ----- From: Mary White To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, April 24, 2010 11:51 PM Subject: [GenWebStalkers.com Blog] Mutt & Jeff So much corruption, so little time Before we return to continue my last post about Mutt & Jeff, I have just been informed that this Blog now has closer to 300 subscribers than 400. I am not allowed to know exactly how many we have nor who they are. After all, I certainly would not want my posts to be biased. Especially since one of the new subscribers is an official of the Federation of Genealogical Societies (FGS) which the USGenWeb is (currently) allegedly a member of. Now on to Mutt (Dale 'FraudMan' Grimm) and Jeff 'Fruit Loop' Kemp. But first, the name calling by members of the Advisory Board disclosed in my previous post, is still being permitted on USGenWeb lists by USGenWeb National Coordinator Sherri 'BradyBunch' Bradley with Tina Vickery using the SouthWest Regional list to call Daryl Lytton, "You are a tedious, boring, arrogant and an ignorant individual" much to the delight of Mr. Lytton, who treasures every moment Tina endears him. Tina is the USGenWeb Representive At Large. Before we get to Mutt & Jeff we have an important announcement to make. We are going to be exposing some USGenWeb corruption at the highest levels. There is so much to tell, we may resort to brief posts here and link them to our associated Web site for more details. This involves the National Coordinator, the Representive At Large, the USGenWeb Grievance Committee, and other prominent members. Welcome to the real USGenWeb, FGS! In other news, I have received two comments on my NCGenWeb posts, which I thought important enough to Blog about than leave them as comments. They will be presented tomorrow. Amd now for Dale 'FraudMan' Grimm, the OHGenWeb State Coordinator allowed a seat on the AB even though he does not fit the description of Member In Good Standing, as required by the USGenWeb bylaws to be on the AB. Dale has been informed several time that his OHGenWeb state pages has an altered "OHGenWeb Email Code of Ethics" voted into place by the CCs years ago. You will no longer find it named "Code of Ethics" because it has been altered by either Dale Grimm, or the previous SC, Sandra Quinn, in an attempt to hide the fact that Quinn broke the "Code of Ethics" when she expelled Daryl from the OHGenWeb. Dale Grimm has so far refused to restore the original version to the OHGenWeb state pages. That's not all of Dale's grim corruption, but how he earned the "FraudMan" title will remain for another post. As for Jeff "Fruit Loop" Kemp, he is another member of the AB supposedly a MIGS. However, Jeff is also a NCGenWeb CC who has been caught voting to approve NCGenWeb rules which are in conflict with the USGenWeb bylaws. According to the USGenWeb bylaws, states can develop their own rules as long as they do not conflict with the bylaws, and the bylaw duty of the AB is to perform the duties of the bylaws. Oh what a tangled web we weave, huh Jeff? Speaking of web, Jeff is also the USGenWeb Webmaster. However, he is unable to find the broken link on the USGenWeb Bylaws page although he has been told about it several times. The broken link is to the USGenWeb Project's Official Copyright Policy. We now say farewell to Dale and Jeff. As is my practice I subscribe people-of-interest to my posts, then un-subscribe them when no longer interesting. 3. David, The second was made prior to the motion being recognized, and more importantly, while another motion was already on the floor. As previously stated, the AB has always operated by only allowing one motion to be on the floor at a time. The call to question was already on the floor, and, even though it was already dead by having more than 1/3 of the board voting to disagree with the motion, it still had to be completed before moving on. Since you restated the motion, as I requested, we need a second on it and then we'll vote and move on to other things, hopefully. <sigh> We've got a lot that's on our agenda and we've not made much progress since January. It's a shame since we started out so well. Hopefully, we can get back to work and make a dent in the agenda items to get some of them completed.
