    1. Re: [BOARD] Disciplinary Hearing Convened - Diane Siniard
    2. For the record, I was not trying to keep the charges secret and had no intention of breaking the bylaws. I am very aware that they had to be posted publically on BOARD. Diane was provided a copy of the charges this morning as a courtesy before I sent them to BOARD. This another case of "damned if I do and damned if I don't". If the charges had been posted publically before sending Diane the charges individually, everyone would have been complaining that they were made public and they had not been sent to Diane and she found about it from someone outside of the AB. 3. A bit of additional information - the hearing will be chaired by Cyndie Enfinger at my request. There is a separate email list that has been set up that I will subscribe all members of the AB and Diane to so that they can participate if they choose to do so. Anyone that chooses not to participate and/or refuses to agree to follow the requirements that are set by the chair will be unsubscribed from the list. Cyndie will be sending out additional information to all involved, I'm sure. 1. [BOARD] Suspension of hearings
    2. I move we suspend all disciplinary hearings effective immediately until after the current elections soon to be underway are over. This is too close to the elections enough for many to denounce the hearings as nothing more than political sham to get rid of election opponents at earliest possible time. The attempt at these hearings are now threatening to cause a good number of the CCs to leave the Project. W. David Samuelsen SWSC
