one item should not be there in first place since the original motion was already withdrawn before any action can be taken. - David Samuelsen I refer to this: (under standard procedure for recording minutes, this should have never even be mentioned at all.) MOTION 2009/10-28 Withdrawal of Motion 2009/10-27 June 5 Moved by Dale Grimm and seconded by Tina Vickery and dated 5 June 2010, the motion reads: "I move that the motion on the floor (2009/10-27) be withdrawn." If you agree that the motion should be withdrawn, please respond with "yes" or "yea". If you disagree with the withdrawal of the motion, please respond with "no" or "nay". Sherri Bradley National Coordinator The motion is at http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/BOARD/2010-06/1275478243 and all discussion can be followed from there, at least what occurred on BOARD. Linda has a problem with receiving email from Roadrunner. Does anyone want to take on forwarding Cyndie's emails to Linda until this problem gets worked out? I can forward as I see them and am able, but with packing, moving, selling and working, not sure if I will stay on top of that to make the commitment, and there is no sense in more than one person doing this and then Linda ends up with duplicates of everything to read. What does the group think? Looks like I'm leaving shortly and won't be back until tonight sometime. Hubby is taking me on one of our favorite rides today--up the Washington side towards the coast, crossing the Columbia River on the ferry from Cathlamet, then back home on the Oregon side. Lunch or dinner out to boot, plus stops along the way for whatever looks interesting. Nice!
