Since I obviously haven't made this clear enough, I will try again! :) You will address an email to the list, subject line will be ***DINNER PARTY*** ancestors name. Then in the body of the email you will put which ancestor you would wish to have dinner with, and what you would like to ask them. The meal under preparation was just a lighthearted attempt to have fun with everyone. The choice of seating arrangements the same. There is NO real DINNER PARTY, it is using your imagination to get your brick wall out there. The RSVP was an attempt to get everyone writing to the list. This is similiar to having a roll call with a bit of a twist. ~~~~~~~~~ For instance, IF this was on my surname list Elaine "DENTON" I would send in: subject line: ***DINNER PARTY*** William DENTON born c. 1801 Body of email: I would invite my great greatgrandfather, William DENTON. I would like to ask him the following questions: 1. Who are your parents? 2. What is your wife, Sarah's, maiden name? 3. Why did you move your whole family to Missouri from Tennessee in the late 1840's? 4. Where are you and Sarah buried? ~~~~~~~~~ You want to get as much info into your questions as possible to hopefully break through your brick wall. This is just a sample...you want to make it pertinant to this list. And REMEMBER, this is all in fun, Thanks, Lainee List Admin _________________________________________________________________
