Williams. They lived in Fort Wayne in 1965. she was born in Allen county. Still searching her. Her parents were William "Irwin" Blosser and Gertrude "Gertie" R. Gleich. I found this note doing a search for Frances. her siblings were: Irene E. (m. William Vining) Walter Irven (m. Sara Catherine Sloan) Myrtle (m. ? Stephan) and Agnes G. (m. Lynn M. Burke).
