The Dennis Blessington in the 1871 Census must have been the son/nephew of my Dennis Blessington that died three years earlier in Leitrim. If that is the case, and the birth date of Dennis of 1809 is correct, maybe my Dennis really was born around 1774 and mary Travers was actually born well before 1800. Just speculation, I suppose.
