Sue, I don't know who her parents were. She died when my grandmother was only three years old. Do you or anyone else know where I go to find guardianship records. My grandmother was raised in McDowell County, W.Va. However, when I sent for a copy of her birth certificate, there isn't a record of it. So either she was born elsewhere, one was never filed. My grandmother was Annie Mae Blankenship. I hit my brick wall early in the search and haven't been able to break through yet. Carol
