Chesterfield Co.VA In Samuel Cochran's Will, it says Rhoda 78, widow of Hezekiah Blankenship had said children, etc. including Jemina, all born before 1791. She said she knew Sarah & Samuel Cochran, because they were her neighbors before moving to TN. Dated: May 31, 1848. MACON COUNTY, TENN......... I also found in Marriage Records..
