Put your cursor on the person you want a report on, then hit "outline" at the top of your screen. You can go to "contents" and tell it how many generations you want. Then after the report generates, hit "control-c", switch to your e-mail, go into the body of your message and hit "control-v". It worked. We have Kay to thank for the instructions. Dorothy
