(the good news is now he's OFF the morphine drip and IVs he's more lucid and I've been able to have some nice telephone conversations with him the last 2 days so I feel better about not being able to go until the funeral) ... anyhow, while there, I am planning to go to the State Archives sicne they're open until 8PM every night ... if anyone needs a copy of any West Virginia record and you KNOW the record, let me know and I'll be glad to get it for you.
