Info and some pictures of descendants of Rachel Blankenship and Thomas Morgan. Rachel was the first Blankenship to settle in this area. Her brother Eli was the next. There is also some pictures, as well as information on the descendants of Eli. If you are a Blankenship descendant from Wyoming County, chances are you are also a Toler descendant.
