    3. As one mentioned, identity theft is one problem. Another is one of just plain old general privacy. While I personally do not mind having (a limited amount of) personal information posted - there are unfortunately nefarious types. There is also the possibility that someone just might want to be left alone, might not want their age to be known, or may be trying to get away from other family members for one reason or another. Especially say in the case of a family member who is estranged (sp?) from another for some reason. I've stopped 28,629 spam messages. You can too!
