San Antonio is thawing out - last night at 10:30pm they were still saying overnight freeze, school closures etc etc for today but we warmed up to 33 overnight and seem to be holding steady there ... all you can hear is "drip drip drip" as the ice melts away ... unhappy children headed back to school as the public schools have standardized testing starting today ... and the zoom of cars on the highway again although speeds are still being held down to 40-50 mph and there are a few still closed ... some schools and businesses with delayed openings but not many ...
