I caught a virus once and EVERYTHING went south for sure! Have you heard about doing the "A" thing yet? A close friend told me how to do this. On your buddy list put AAA for the name and AAA@a.aa.com for the email addy. This will remain the first of first and the virus will get the "A" and not be able to get to the body of the buddy list.
