Sue, The following information is NOT correct. This Joseph is s/o Joseph Blankenship Sr who married Mary (?Anderson). The son, William, you had listed in your previous posting as "William D. Blankenship b. 1844" (which I SERIOUSLY question since this date is after the birth dates of his children! I descend from William's daughter Eleanor, who married a Joseph Blankenship - can't find this Joseph's parents)... BTW, this Eleanor was NOT born ca 1814, she was born ca 1820 (from 1850, 1860, and 1870 census').
