Can anyone help.I'm looking for William Blankenship from Virginia.I found his grave in Amazonia Mo and his tombstone reads William Blankinship died Dec 29 1859 at the age of 105.In the history of Andrew Co it says William was born in VR,and migrated with his wife Patsy to Iredell N.C. in 1798(He is found on the 1800 cencus in NC and is listed as William Jr.(head)There is another William in the same house hold) He them migrated to Cumberland Ky.It says his wife died in Kentucky.He left Ky about 1830 and migrated to Andrew Co Mo with 3 generations of Blankenships.His 3 sons Breckenridge,Colman and Thomas.And for sure 3 children of Colemans Granville,Louise and Thompson.(from his first wife) Colemans second wife was margaret Ragel/Ragal.Colemon was born about 1803 in Surry N.C. I'm thinking that William C.Jr(I think the C is for Calvin which is a very passed down name in this line.)Is the son of william (duh) but who is Williams Sr parents? Thank you NJ
