    1. [BLANKENSHIP] Time for a new "IT"
    2. Unfortunately, Lee's Ross M. Blankenship remains a mystery. I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed as it didn't seem that many of you (who liked the idea of doing this) pitched in with any information or even ideas of places to look, things to try - let's all try a little harder this week, ok? I'm not asking you to devote your whole week to helping with breaking down a brick wall for someone, but maybe just 1/2 hour sometime during the week? I'm sure that with all of us throwing our brain cells in the pool, we can break down some of these Blankenship Brick Walls and enlarge the family ... GOOD LUCK and HAPPY HUNTING!!! And with that said ... The new "IT" for this week is: whatcher@caveland.net Here's what to do: 1. You have until 10 PM Sunday night to post your wanted BLANKENSHIP information. 2. Choose ONE name out of your BLANKENSHIP file that is a brick wall for you or that you just want additional information on. 3. Post everything you know about that person to the list - the rest of the list will help you throughout the following week - until a new "IT" is chosen on Friday - to find out anything and everything about the person you chose as possible. IF YOU HAVE NOT POSTED BY 10 PM SUNDAY NIGHT ANOTHER PERSON WILL BE CHOSEN AS "IT". IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT A NEW "IT" CAN BE CHOSEN. Should you have any questions, please contact me. Let's have fun!!! Kay

    3. Kay, I have scanned my entire line and do not have a single Ross. I have a lot of Richards and Russells. Most of my line stuck to John, Henry, William, Reuben, Miles, Daniel until after my grandfather's generation. Could Ross have possible been a name he was called with his real name being Russell or Richard? I am so sorry that I could not have been more helpful. I know what it is like to have a Brick Wall.
